These terms and conditions are governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the Directives and Regulations of E.U. Law and the relevant International provisions, as applicable and interpreted according to the rules of good faith, transactional ethics and the economic and social purpose of that. Invalidity of a specific term herein does not affect the validity of the other terms, although it automatically ceases to be valid.
Any omission to exercise a specific right or condition by iamsantorini resulting from this does not constitute a waiver thereof. These terms and any potential dispute arising from this document are subject to Greek law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Athens.

BY USING SERVICE OR OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
Insurance
At I AM SANTORINI, we don’t offer private insurance for our guests. To ensure you have a worry-free time, we recommend that you arrange travel insurance before departing for your trip, so that any unexpected events such as illness or travel delays are covered. We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance before embarking on this journey. Keep in mind that if you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled departure or fail to show up, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, if you have travel insurance, you may be able to receive compensation for illness or delays that cause you to miss your departure, whereas without insurance you could potentially lose all or part of the money you have paid for the services. Therefore, we recommend purchasing travel insurance that would provide a full refund in these unlikely scenarios.
Furthermore, I AM SANTORINI won’t be held responsible for any losses, damages, or theft of personal items or equipment. We know that you’ll be taking in the gorgeous scenery of Santorini on our tours; however, due to them being held outdoors within more or less crowded areas, there are some potential risks to consider.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through website (“Booking Tour”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information,
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or another payment method (s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
We may employ the use of third-party services to facilitate payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order or booking if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
